DummitI tried some other cheap chinese charger products for house and car similar to this which were complete junk, did not even work as a proper 2 amp (10 watt) charger for iPad, and overheated and fell apart the first time I tried them. This one is working fine after about a month of daily use, and I like the retractable cord that came with it, although my past experience of such designs suggests they do not hold up well.It does not have the fit and finish quality appearance of OEM Apple or other major accessory makers, and looks like typical cheap asian knockoffs.
